Ride Alongs

Perfect for those interested in beekeeping but not quite ready to get their own hives. Ride along with a beekeeper as we take care of our bees at one of our apiaries! Watch from a distance or handle some bees yourself based on your own comfort level. Ride-A-Long availability is dependant on our schedule and the needs of our bees. 

During your ride along you can watch a beekeeper work, ask questions, and if conditions allow handle some bees yourself!  Our beekeepers will likely be working many colonies over several hours, so come at the scheduled time and stay as long or short as you would like. 

Due to the nature of bees, we require all participants to wear a protective bee suit, including veil and gloves. You are welcome to wear your own suit, or borrow one of our if available. 

Price: Free!

 Subject to availability, weather, and the needs of our bees. Due to weather and apiary conditions, ride alongs are may become available, or unfortunatly canceled on short notice.
