Our Honey is raw and unfiltered and sustainable harvested from hives free of synthetic miticides.

Spring Honey

Light, floral and more aromatic than traditional honey. Our personal favorite for tea.

Medium color, with a traditional honey flavor. Best on pancakes, toast, or cooking.

The hottest possible honey, made from one of the worlds hottest peppers. Designed for spice-heads and must be handled with care

Not all honey is the same! The flavor and color of honey changes based on the flowers that the bees are visiting. Early season honey, that produced from spring flowers is light in color, sweet and sometimes has a hint of floral flavor. Late season honey is produced from fall flowers, mainly asters and goldenrod, which produces a darker and more robust flavor.

Our honey is:

Strained for large contaminates, such as chunks of wax
Warmed to the natural internal temperature of the hive (~97-100f) for bottling
Sustainable, we only gather excess honey and leave plenty for the bees

Our honey is NOT

Pasteurised, it is never heated above 100F
Filtered, it contains all the naturally occuring pollens.
Suitable for infants. No infants under 1 year of age should consume honey from any source.
